Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Executive specialising in Credit Hire and Personal Injury claims. Duties
- Manage and progress a diverse portfolio of credit hire and personal injury cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, solicitors, and third parties via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including statements, pleadings, and court submissions with precision and attention to detail.
- Use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to organize case information, schedule tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct thorough case assessments by gathering evidence, reviewing documentation, and liaising with relevant parties to support claim progression.
- Monitor case deadlines diligently using effective time management strategies to ensure all actions are completed within required timeframes.
- Maintain organized case files both digitally and physically, adhering to confidentiality standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently across diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent organizational skills.
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software or systems used within the legal environment.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- Previous experience in litigation or personal injury claims is compulsory; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
