Job Description
Due to an increase in workload, RELM Group Ltd is seeking an experienced subcontractor Plasterer to support our team across North Wales.
The role will involve working across our major and responsive repair programmes, planned projects and fire remedial works. Much of our work is completed on behalf of housing associations and local authorities, including works within occupied and tenanted properties.
Plastering is identified as one of the key trades required within our existing subcontractor workload.
We are looking for a skilled tradesperson who works to a high standard, demonstrates initiative and can be relied upon to complete works within agreed timescales.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out plastering works across a variety of schemes
- Completing planned, responsive and remedial works
- Preparing areas appropriately and completing works to a professional finish
- Working alongside other trades where required
- Working respectfully within occupied and tenanted properties
- Maintaining safe and tidy working areas
- Completing works within agreed deadlines
Requirements
- Demonstrable plastering experience
- Own vehicle – essential
- Own tools and equipment – essential
- CIS Registered – essential
- Public and Products Liability Insurance with at least £2m cover – essential
- UK Driving Licence – essential
- CSCS Card – preferred
- Relevant Health & Safety Awareness – preferred
- Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling and COSHH Awareness training; training can be provided where required
- DBS Check may be required
Pay: £120.00-£200.00 per day
