About Us
Evergame is a leading retailer and wholesaler of video games, consoles, and accessories across PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo. We are rapidly expanding our tabletop and trading card game department, and we are looking for a unique, enthusiastic individual to join our team.
This is a hybrid role: you will help keep our warehouse running smoothly while also becoming the face of our live streaming channels, hosting interactive shopping and box-break events for the Pokémon TCG community!
Hours & Schedule
- Base Hours: 16 hours per week (Flexible schedule).
- Overtime: Additional paid hours available by agreement up to 40 hours per week.
- Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Peak Season (Nov – Dec): 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Live Streaming & Pokémon TCG Duties:
- Host engaging, high-energy live streams (e.g., TikTok, Whatnot, or YouTube) showcasing and selling Pokémon TCG products and singles.
- Interact with the live chat, build a community, and answer customer questions about card conditions, sets, and rarity.
- Safely handle, sort, and process trading cards and live stream orders.
Warehouse Operative Duties:
- Pick and pack parcels for Amazon, eBay, and B2B customers using manual picking sheets.
- Unload, load, stack, and label incoming goods (handballing required).
- Maintain strict quality control from start to finish to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
- Work efficiently toward daily performance targets to hit business deadlines.
Requirements
- Pokémon TCG Knowledge: Deep, authentic knowledge of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (sets, card grading/conditions, and current trends).
- On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable, charismatic, and articulate when presenting on live camera.
- Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a fulfillment, retail, or warehouse environment is highly preferred.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift and move heavy packages up to 25kg using correct manual handling techniques.
- Technical Skills: Basic PC literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) and a fast learner.
- Key Traits: Punctual, reliable, team player, strong attention to detail, and a good photographic memory.
