Our prestigious client based in Heanor are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various machining processes. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production while adhering to safety standards and quality control measures.
Experience
- One-year previous experience in a machine type environment
- Proficient in operating Amada press brake machines (or similar CNC Press brakes)
- Proficient in operating CNC hydraulic rolling machines (or similar CNC Rolling machinery)
- Be able to understand and interpret technical drawings
- Desirable - Understanding PMM systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in machine operation (Minimum 1 year) or a related field is essential.
- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery relevant to the role.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, particularly in assembly or manufacturing settings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Essential
Package
- 39 hours per week based over 4 days, 6am-4.15pm Monday to Thursday
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
