Shell Cannock is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Champions. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in delivering excellent customer service while helping to keep the store running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every customer has a positive experience. Operate the till accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
Safely authorise fuel pumps and assist customers on the forecourt when required.
Replenish shelves and maintain high merchandising standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store, forecourt, and customer areas.
Promote in-store offers and loyalty schemes.
Work as part of a team to ensure the store operates smoothly throughout every shift.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as unloading and stocking deliveries.

Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
