Due to growing demand and expansion of our facilities, we are recruiting additional Field Service Engineers to support our new facility and both new and existing customers across Scotland, with occasional travel elsewhere in the country.

What You’ll Do
In this varied field-based role, you will:
· Service, maintain, and repair compressed air systems, diesel engines, gas generators for nitrogen and oxygen, dryers, and vacuum pumps.
· Diagnose technical issues, respond to service calls, and support customers across a range of industries.
· Work independently in the field, with strong remote support and ongoing training from our experienced team.
· Represent BRE professionally by providing practical advice, technical insight, and reliable support to our clients.
Who We’re Looking For
We would like to hear from candidates who bring practical engineering skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This role may suit:
· Motivated maintenance engineers with transferable skills who are ready to move into a specialised sector.
· Field Service Engineers with experience in compressed air systems or similar industrial equipment.
· Technicians from mechanical or electrical engineering backgrounds who want a more autonomous, client-facing role.
· Experienced engineers with diesel or plant equipment experience.
Essential Skills and Experience
· A full, clean UK driving licence.
· Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
· Excellent time management and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
· Good interpersonal skills, as you will often be the face of BRE for our clients.
· Experience with industrial machinery or compressed air systems would be advantageous.
