Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join our successful team and play a key role in expanding our sales and lettings business.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven property professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and helping clients achieve their property goals. You will be responsible for generating instructions, conducting valuations, negotiating sales and lettings, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations.
- Winning new sales and lettings instructions.
- Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Managing sales and lettings transactions from instruction through to completion or move-in.
- Generating new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, referrals, and database management.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Keeping clients regularly updated throughout the sales and lettings process.
- Ensuring all relevant compliance and documentation requirements are met.
- Working towards and exceeding agreed targets and performance goals.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in estate agency sales, lettings, or property valuations.
- A proven track record of winning instructions and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market (preferred).
- A confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good IT skills and experience using estate agency software.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
