Support Worker – Airdrie (Drivers only)
Location: Airdrie
Hours: Full-time - 36 & 24 hours per week - Various shifts available
Salary:
Dayshift = £13.45
Nightshift = £13.55
Driving Licence: UK licence

What You’ll Do:
- Supporting a person 1:1 in their home
- Provide personal and clinical care
- Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
- Encourage social participation and independence
Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.

You’ll Need:
- Right to live and work in the UK (WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)
- UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own car would be advantageous
- Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
