We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our friendly team at our award-winning bakery.
This is a vital role that helps keep our bakery running smoothly. You’ll need to be organised, proactive and happy working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
- Washing up and keeping on top of all pots, trays and equipment
- Putting away clean equipment and kitchen items
- Receiving and putting away deliveries
- Light food preparation
- General cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards
- Keeping the bakery clean, tidy and well organised
- Supporting the bakery team wherever needed
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Is reliable and punctual
- Takes pride in keeping things clean and organised
- Can work efficiently without constant supervision
- Works well as part of a team
- Must have their own transport due to our bakery’s location
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided.
