Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our experienced team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating, conducting viewings, negotiating property sales, liaising with vendors and viewers and ensuring a smooth process for both clients and customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position. Previous industry experience is preferred.
Duties
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences in order to match them with suitable properties.
- Conducting viewings at properties with prospective applicants.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Liaise directly with vendors and advise on marketing strategy.
- Identify new opportunities.
