St Michaels Manor Hotel is a small boutique hotel in St Albans. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Porter and Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all hotel patrons. This role involves a combination of concierge duties and house porter responsibilities, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Reception Services:
· Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
· Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
· Offer information about local attractions, dining options, and entertainment.
· Arrange transportation, reservations, and other guest requests.
· Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Night Porter Duties:
· Assist with guest luggage, ensuring prompt and secure delivery to rooms.
· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and common areas.
· Monitor and manage the hotel entrance, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
· Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
Guest Relations:
· Anticipate and address guests' needs to enhance their overall experience.
· Act as a point of contact for guest concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Foster positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews
