Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Salary: Up to £30,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time). Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire (hybrid working available)

The Nasio Trust is looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Operations Coordinator to work closely with our CEO. You'll coordinate projects, manage actions, organise meetings and support the day-to-day operations of our small UK team.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and keeping things on track.
Key responsibilities
· Support the CEO with project and operational coordination.
· Organise meetings, including Trustee meetings.
- Track actions and ensure tasks are completed.
- Coordinate projects, events, interns and volunteers.
- Improve systems and help the charity operate efficiently.
We're looking for someone who has:
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· A proactive, can-do attitude.
· Strong communication and IT skills.
· The ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for supporting a charity that transforms the lives of vulnerable children and families in Kenya.
