- Work collaboratively with the client manager to coordinate all pension scheme governance activities and ensure internal reporting requirements are maintained and up to date.

Manage scheme business plan tasks and actions, ensuring timely progress and compliance with statutory deadlines.

Plan and coordinate Trustee meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting packs.

Draft accurate minutes and agreed actions from Trustee meetings within agreed timeframes.

Monitor outstanding meeting actions and facilitate their completion in a timely manner.

Prepare and review pension scheme budgets, ensuring expenditure remains within approved limits and that invoices are reviewed and settled in accordance with agreed terms.

Respond promptly and effectively to member queries

Review and collate information relating to member discretions to support Trustee decision-making.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advisers and sponsors
Essential Skills and Experience
-
Proven experience within pension scheme governance, administration, or trustee support.

A minimum of five year experience within a similar role.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong understanding of DB pension scheme operations and governance requirements.

Confidence in managing multiple priorities and working to strict deadlines.
Desirable Criteria

Degree-qualified, or with a relevant professional certification.

Location: Belfast, London, Manchester or Glasgow.

12 months fixed term contract

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with additional hours as and when required.
