We are currently looking for Support Workers to work at our care home in Starbeck, Harrogate:
- 1 x MALE Full Time Support Worker (37 hours)
- 1 x Support Worker (30 hours)
Typical shifts between 7.30am-10.00pm, Mon-Sun, working over 5 days a week
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Assisting service users with all areas care and support which includes personal care
· Preparing meals and baking with service users
· Supporting service users on outings, social events and in the community
· Assisting with the day to day running of the home and domestic tasks
· Administration of medication.
Requirements or Skills:
· Compassionate and enjoys interacting with people
· Warm and friendly disposition
· Positive attitude
· Genuine passion for providing care and support
Benefits:
· Minimum of £13.45/ph
- Additional £2/ph for weekend hours
