About the Role: Boys Rugby Programme Lead
Activate Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and passionate rugby professional to lead our Boys Rugby Programme within the Activate Rugby Academy (ARA), our ACE programme for talented 16-18-year-old rugby players.

As Boys Rugby Programme Lead, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of the boys' programme. Working closely with coaching, academic, student support and residential colleagues, you will help create an outstanding learner experience and support young people to thrive both on and off the pitch.
This is a full-time role based at Harcourt Hill Campus, Oxford. Shortlisting will be performed alongside our partners in Gloucester RFU.
