About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating high-quality steel components and assemblies, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding of mild steel components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Fabricate and assemble steel parts to specification.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Assist with other workshop duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in MIG welding and fabrication.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Forklift or overhead crane experience is an advantage but not essential.
