As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised, proactive and friendly Financial Services Administrator to join our Client Servicing team.

About the role
Our Client Servicing team is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll provide administrative support to our Financial Planners, ensuring our clients receive an outstanding experience from their first enquiry through to ongoing reviews.
No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing new business applications.
- Managing client records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Liaising with clients, providers and advisers by phone and email.
- Booking client meetings and managing adviser diaries.
- Preparing documentation for client meetings.
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration and client servicing.
- Monitoring workflow to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining high standards of compliance and data security.
- Providing an exceptional level of service to every client.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Is friendly, professional and enjoys helping people.
- Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office.
- Has previous administration experience (financial services experience is desirable but not essential).
