As our Process Supervisor,you will be responsible for leading, motivating, training and mentoring your team of process operatives to achieve daily production targets and deadlines. You will supervisor your team in the process department to ensure efficient delivery of the butchery/process plan ensuring the required Key Performance Indicators for labour efficiency/p/kg; GMP; Yield and waste are delivered to standard.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Training colleagues on process procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures
Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations
Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met, adhering to industry regulation.
Oversee production processes, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments/shifts to streamline operations and enhance productivity
Working alongside operatives to ensure targets are adhered to.

Paperwork compliance
Reporting of all issues/errors, quickly and efficiently
Health Safety Food Safety Compliance
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
Food manufacturing experience essential preferably meat industry or bakery
Food Safety Level 3 desirable
Experience of leading and managing a medium size team essential
Used to working to KPIs
