FINE is a new fine-line tattoo studio and speciality coffee bar opening in Shawlands, Glasgow in October 2026.
We're building something different.
Designed around the belief that getting a tattoo should feel as enjoyable, considered and approachable as visiting your favourite coffee shop, FINE brings together contemporary fine-line tattooing, speciality coffee, thoughtful design and exceptional customer experience under one roof.
Located in a bright, street-facing two-floor space on Kilmarnock Road, we're creating a calm, welcoming destination where great coffee and great tattooing exist side by side.
We're currently looking for a founding Coffee Bar Manager to help shape our coffee programme ahead of launch.

Everything has been considered carefully — from the interiors and customer journey to the products we serve and the atmosphere we create.
We're looking for someone who shares that attention to detail and wants to help shape the experience from day one.
The person who joins us before launch will become a founding member of the team, helping establish the culture, standards and hospitality that define FINE.

Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10:30 - 18:30
Wednesday: 10:30 - 18:30
Thursday: 10:30 - 18:30
Friday: 10:30 - 18:30
Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00
Sunday: 11:00 - 17:00
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Have previous experience working in speciality coffee
Have experience leading or supervising a café team
Have experience managing stock, ordering and inventory
Are excited by helping build a new business from day one
Deliver warm, thoughtful customer service
Enjoy creating calm, welcoming environments
Are organised and proactive
Take pride in consistency and attention to detail
Are collaborative, professional and kind
WHAT WE’RE OFFERING
Opportunity to shape the coffee offering before launch
£27,000–£29,000 depending on experience
Full-time (40 hours per week)
