We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Ice Rink Assistants / Ice Marshals to join our Frozen Pond team.

Set within a stunning 30-acre woodland, families experience a 4.5-hour theatrical adventure filled with storytelling, live performances and unforgettable festive moments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests to the Frozen Pond and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Help fit and issue ice skates to guests of all ages.
- Collect and organise skates while safely storing guests' belongings.
- Monitor the ice rink and encourage safe skating at all times.
- Maintain the quality and condition of the ice throughout the day.
- Support guests with confidence, enthusiasm and a touch of Lapland magic.
- Resolve guest queries professionally and escalate any issues when required.
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver a safe, smooth and memorable experience.
We're Looking For People Who
- Enjoy working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Are confident, friendly and approachable.
- Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Are proactive and willing to help wherever needed.
- Are comfortable working outdoors during the winter months.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, leisure, events or visitor attractions is desirable but not essential.

- Lapland is based in Capesthorne Hall, Congleton Road, Siddington, Macclesfield, SK11 9JY.
Key Dates
Paid Training
- Mandatory paid training will take place on selected dates between October 19th and early November 2026. Your training schedule will depend on your role.
