We are currently seeking a Home Administrator for our Harvey House, Care Home.
As a Home Administrator, you will be a key member of the Harvey House Team in supporting them with their administration in handling a variety of tasks. In your role, you will be supporting the homes Registered Manager, Head Office Team, Residents, HR and much more.
Daily duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the reception phone lines
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Assisting with the recruitment of new staff such as references and completing DBS checks on new and existing staff.
- General office administration
- Provide administration support to various departments of the Care Home
- Support the Registered Manager with the homes Quality Assurance, Marketing of the home, Health & Safety, among others.
Skills/Requirements:
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills in a fast pace environment
- Must be computer literate with Microsoft Word/Excel, Outlook and online interfaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks within timescales
- Previous experience in the care sector is advantageous but not essential
- Driving Licence & Car owner would be beneficial

Shifts may on occasions include weekends.
