Job Summary
This is a new role at Citizens Advice Diss, Thetford and District (CADAT), the main aim of the role is to provide efficient support to the the Executive Management Team within the organisation, to support with the effective day-to-day running of the office. You will maintain accurate records, support ELT and The Chair, manage effective sharing of internal communications with the wider organisation, and assist with specific events and programme support. Supporting the reception team to deliver an excellent standard of service to our clients, public and wider audience.

- Customer and Stakeholder Support.
- Compliance and Quality.
We are looking for someone who is calm, organised and considered in their approach with excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to providing a high standard of service with experience in:
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel. Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint and teams.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Dealing confidently and professionally with members of the public.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences.
- Experience working within the charity, public or voluntary sector would be desirable.
Working 16 hours per week and must be available on a Tuesday.
