Location: Neyland & Narberth (Dual-site with travel support)
Pay: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

The Role
This is a dynamic, multi-skilled role where no two days are the same. You will seamlessly shift between the workshop floor and customer-facing duties, keeping our branches moving efficiently.Your day-to-day will include:
- Workshop Duties: Fitting tyres, 2-wheel laser alignment, wheel balancing, and puncture repairs.
- Mechanical Care: Full vehicle servicing, oil changes, replacing brake pads/discs, fitting exhausts, and minor welding or repairs.
- Rapid Response: Providing roadside tyre breakdown assistance using our mobile services.
- Customer Support: Answering phones, greeting clients, managing the digital diary, ordering parts online, and providing accurate quotes.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the tyre trade AND 2+ years of mechanical experience (up to full vehicle service level preferred).
- Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence is essential to operate our mobile breakdown vehicles.
- Flexibility: Ability to work across both our Neyland and Narberth workshops on a weekly rota.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills (must be fluent/literate in English) with a knack for multitasking and customer service.
