We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness of communal areas within office . Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of communal areas including WCs, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Ensure all areas are hygienic, tidy, and presentable in accordance with company standards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning activities.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet rolls, and cleaning agents as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when working within client premises.
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to specified schedules.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to carry out cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards clients and team members.
