MSGUK is seeking experienced, professional and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding team as Residential Concierge & Security Officers.
This is a dual-role position combining concierge duties with security responsibilities within a prestigious residential development. We are looking for individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security and professionalism.
Duties Include
- Locking and unlocking buildings and communal facilities
- Conducting internal and external security patrols
- Monitoring access control systems and CCTV
- Challenging suspicious persons and reporting concerns
- Assisting residents with day-to-day enquiries and requests
- Managing deliveries, visitors and contractor access
- Responding to incidents, emergencies and alarm activations
- Maintaining accurate logs, reports and handover notes
- Ensuring communal areas remain secure, safe and presentable
- Acting as a professional point of contact for residents and visitors
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within a high net worth residential environment is essential
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Ability to remain calm, confident and decisive under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence
Desirable
- Experience within luxury residential developments, private estates or high-end concierge environments
- First Aid qualification
