Lead Support Worker
Are you an experienced Support Worker looking to take the next step in your career?
At Brothers of Charity, our Lead Support Workers play a key role in the day-to-day running of our services. You will also act as a senior point of contact during shifts and provide support to the team in the absence of the Service Manager.
Our aim is to empower the people we support to develop independence, build confidence and achieve their personal goals, while ensuring our services consistently meet high standards.
