About Us
Part Hive Ltd is a growing UK distributor of motorcycle and scooter parts, supplying independent workshops, mechanics, and retail customers. We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Wembley branch and help drive retail, phone, and online sales.
The Role
You'll be the face and voice of Part Hive for many of our customers — in the showroom, on the phone, and online.
You'll be responsible for driving sales through multiple channels while delivering excellent customer service and learning about motorcycle and scooter parts.
We're looking for someone who enjoys selling, takes pride in helping customers, and is motivated by achieving targets and earning commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve retail customers in our showroom.
- Sell motorcycle and scooter parts over the phone.
- Respond to customer enquiries via eBay, WhatsApp and email.
- Process eBay orders and assist with online sales.
- Prepare quotations and follow up customer enquiries.
- Build relationships with trade customers and encourage repeat business.
- Learn our product range and recommend suitable parts and accessories.
- Learn stock locations to assist customers quickly and accurately.
- Pick and pack online orders when required.
- Keep the showroom clean, organised and presentable.
- Work towards individual and company sales targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience at every opportunity.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or sales.
- Fluent Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese preferred).
- Good spoken and written English.
- Confident speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- Friendly, professional and approachable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday.
- Full UK Driving license or CBT
Desirable:
- Experience within the motorcycle, scooter or automotive industry.
- Knowledge of motorcycle or scooter parts.
- Experience using eBay or online marketplaces.
- Experience in a customer-facing retail environment.
Commission & Earnings
Your earnings will be rewarded through an uncapped commission structure.
The more you sell, the more you earn.
