- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas and equipment
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing professional development
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at all times, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
