Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Technical & Operations Coordinator to join our team. Possibly some one who is already in a team leader/supervisor role and wished to advance themselves.
Technically duties will involve laboratory work, costings and understanding materials /processes.
Full training will be given, but the successful candidate must have problem solving skills, have a mature personality, and have the equivalent of Maths and Chemistry "A" levels and be experienced in Microstof Office.
Responsibilities
- Technically duties will involve laboratory work, costings and understanding materials /processes.
- Operations-understanding what's happening on the factory floor and solving day -to -day issues.
- Coordinator -communicating between the office and production and management.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners using phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
Experience
- Maths and Chemistry to "A" level standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microstof Office, especially Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: £32,500.00 per year
