We are seeking a motivated and driven Retail & Sales Manager to lead our sales and shop team and drive the growth of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the sales and shop team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Set, monitor and achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage stock ordering and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure products are delivered safely and on time.
- Support the development and launch of new product lines.
- Benchmark products to ensure quality, competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for growth and improve overall commercial performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience/Behaviours
- Experience in retail management.
- Awareness & understanding of FCA Regulation & Data Protection Legislation.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office software and in particular, Microsoft Excel.
- Enthusiastic and a positive attitude to work is essential.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaboratively, working with all levels of the business to establish a positive customer focused culture.
- Leads with a customer focused attitude that sets a culture within the team.

SC2 - You must take reasonable steps to ensure that the business of the firm for which you are responsible complies with the relevant requirements and standards of the regulatory system
SC3 - You must take reasonable steps to ensure that any delegation of your responsibilities is to an appropriate person and that you oversee the discharge of the delegated responsibility effectively
SC4 - You must disclose appropriately any information of which the FCA or PRA would reasonably expect notice
