As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you'll travel between a portfolio of commercial buildings across London, working alongside experienced engineers to carry out planned maintenance and respond to reactive works. Full on-the-job training will be provided, along with ongoing technical training, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills, increase your knowledge, and progress your career within the business.

Monday to Friday
07:30 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities
Travel between commercial buildings across London to carry out maintenance tasks.
Assist experienced engineers with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
Attend reactive maintenance calls and support fault finding and repairs.
Carry out emergency lighting inspections and battery drain-down tests.
Replace lamps and complete minor electrical remedial works.
Learn safe working practices across electrical and mechanical building services.
Maintain accurate records of work completed using company systems.
Deliver a professional and high-quality service to clients at all times.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic.
Keen to learn and develop a successful career in building services.
A positive team player with a proactive attitude.
Able to communicate professionally with colleagues and clients.
An electrical or mechanical qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Previous experience or knowledge of building services maintenance is beneficial but not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Happy travelling on foot and by public transport between client sites across London.
Able to obtain or already hold a clean DBS check.
