Self-Employed TfL-Licensed PCO Drivers Wanted – London
Dawa Exec Ltd is a growing London private-hire operator currently investing heavily in marketing and customer acquisition. Our business is progressing from strength to strength, and new journey requests are arriving quickly. We therefore need more reliable, professional drivers to help us fulfil the work.
We are currently recruiting 20 self-employed drivers:
- 10 drivers with standard or executive people carriers, including licensed 7-seaters, Mercedes Vito and Mercedes V-Class vehicles 10 drivers with standard or executive saloon vehicles
Places are limited because we can only onboard a controlled number of drivers at this stage.
How the work operates
- Airport transfers, executive journeys, local transfers and chauffeur hire Journey details and driver payment are shown before acceptance Drivers may accept or decline each offer No guaranteed hours or minimum amount of work Payment is made for each accepted and completed journey Flexible, self-employed arrangement Weekly driver payments are scheduled for the following Wednesday Earnings shown on Indeed are an estimated hourly equivalent and are not a guaranteed hourly wage
Requirements
- Valid TfL private-hire driver licence Your own TfL-licensed private-hire vehicle Valid hire-and-reward insurance Valid driving licence and required vehicle documentation Professional appearance and excellent customer service Reliable, punctual and confident communicating with passengers Smartphone with internet access Right to work in the UK Willingness to follow Dawa Exec’s service, safety and compliance standards
Future driver-to-operator opportunities
We are also interested in hearing from ambitious drivers who may eventually want to progress from driving into operating their own private-hire business.
Suitable candidates should have strong administrative, communication and business-development skills, with the ability to introduce and manage customer accounts. Subject to suitability, separate commercial terms and all required licensing and regulatory approvals, Dawa Exec may offer guidance and assistance with operating-licence preparation and access to white-label automated booking technology to support an independent venture.
This future opportunity is separate from the self-employed driving role and is not guaranteed. Applicants may express interest in driving only, the future operator opportunity, or both.
