Recent graduate or early in your career and want a foot in the door of a fast-growing sales team? This is a ground-floor Sales Assistant role working directly alongside our Sales Director no experience needed, we'll train you from day one. You'll learn how a real B2B sales operation runs from the inside, with a clear path to grow into a sales role as you develop.
We're a growing business powering companies across the UK, and we're building our Leeds team. This role keeps the sales engine running: organised, on the ball, and right in the middle of everything.
What you'll do (with full training): Working hand in hand with the Sales Director, you'll help keep the pipeline moving day to day. That means keeping the CRM accurate and up to date, preparing quotes and proposals, and processing orders. You'll coordinate the Director's diary and help pull tenders and bids together, chasing the follow-ups and internal handovers that keep deals on track. You'll be a friendly first point of contact for customer enquiries chasing quotes, supporting existing accounts and helping with aftercare. And you'll research and build prospect lists, qualify new leads and help book meetings for the team. As you grow, so does your responsibility.
What we're looking for: Organisation, attention to detail, and confidence talking to people on the phone and by email. You don't need sales experience if you're a recent graduate or early-career, coachable, proactive and keen to learn, we'll teach you the rest. Comfort with everyday IT (email, spreadsheets, CRM-type systems) is a plus.
