Due to continued growth, Lincs Doors is looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and motivating the workshop team.
- Planning daily workloads and allocating tasks.
- Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workshop.
- Liaising with the office regarding production schedules and priorities
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting material requirements.
- Leading by example and maintaining high standards at all times.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous supervisory or team leader experience.
- Has experience within manufacturing, engineering or fabrication.
- Can confidently manage workloads and deadlines.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Is proactive, hands-on and enjoys problem solving.
- Has a strong understanding of health & safety.
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential.

Our Working hours are 7.30 - 4.00 Monday to Thursday 7.30-3.00 on a Friday
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
