Duties
- Engage with potential customers to provide information about our clients, answering queries and addressing concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies effectively.
- Collect feedback from customers to assist in improving products or services.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our clients and their needs.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with diverse individuals.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
