We are looking for a caring, reliable and hardworking Domestic Assistant to join our team at Wealstone Care Home. If you take pride in keeping environments clean, safe and welcoming, we'd love to hear from you.
No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. We welcome applicants with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents.
- Location: Wealstone Care Home, Wealstone Lane, Chester
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Shift Pattern: Includes alternate weekend working
Your Responsibilities
As a Domestic Assistant, you will help ensure our home is clean, comfortable and maintained to a high standard by:
- Cleaning residents' bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and polishing throughout the home.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention.
- Safely using cleaning equipment and products.
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Working as part of a friendly team to create a warm and welcoming environment.
- Respecting residents' privacy, dignity and independence at all times.
