Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Agricultural, Commercial & Car Tyre Fitter to join our team. Min age requirement is 25+. This role involves providing on-site tyre fitting and repair services to agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles and cars across various locations covering the south west. The ideal candidate will have strong agricultural knowledge,be physically fit, and have excellent customer service skills to ensure efficient and professional service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. Requires a full clean UK drivers license. Hourly pay dependant on experience. Mon - Fri 8.30-5.30 Some Saturdays are required but are discussed when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site tyre fitting and repairs for agricultural machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and other heavy equipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove, replace, and repair tyres efficiently.
- Handle heavy lifting safely when manoeuvring tyres and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored correctly after use.
Experience
- Proven experience in tyre fitting.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in tyre fitting.
- Experience/ knowledge in agricultural machinery.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience in towing.
- Min of 1 year experience in job role.
Pay: From £12.41 per hour
