The Role
This is a physical, hands-on position involving the build and dismantling of marquee structures and flooring systems across the UK.
As we manufacture in-house, there will also be days spent in our warehouse assisting with the production of aluminium framework and PVC covers.
Early starts, long days and working in all weather conditions are part of the job — especially during peak season (May–August).
No two projects are the same.

Key Responsibilities
- Installing and dismantling clear-span marquee structures
- Laying flooring systems and interior fit-outs
- Safe loading and unloading of vehicles
- Picking and packing equipment
- Operating machinery to clean PVC covers
- Assisting with manufacturing marquee components
- Working to deadlines and strict health & safety standards
- Representing the company professionally on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Must be 21+ (insurance requirement for company vehicles)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Flexible with early starts and occasional weekend work
- Strong team attitude
Previous marquee or construction experience preferred — but not essential. Full training provided for the right candidate.
