We are looking for a strong, reliable Chef de Partie to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This role suits a chef who is confident on section and ready to step up—someone who shows leadership qualities, takes ownership, and wants to progress into a senior role.

- Deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain excellent organisation, prep levels, and cleanliness at all times
- Support junior chefs and kitchen porters, setting the standard in behaviour and work ethic
- Assist Sous and Head Chef with stock control, ordering, and waste management
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and EHO standards are met and exceeded
- Contribute to menu development and daily specials where required
- Handle pressure during busy services while maintaining quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, fresh-food kitchen
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service flow
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Natural leader with the right attitude to develop others
- Good communication and a team-first mindset
- High standards in cleanliness, organisation, and food quality
- Calm under pressure with a professional approach to service
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience in high-volume or branded environments
- Basic stock control and ordering knowledge
- Ambition to progress into Sous Chef level
What You’ll Get
- Opportunity to grow into a senior role within the business
- A structured, professional kitchen environment
