Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our premises. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, washrooms, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and products
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and soap dispensers as needed
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning activities
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
