Duties
- Operate carpet cleaning equipment safely and efficiently to remove dirt, stains, and odors from various carpet types
- Assess each job site to determine the best cleaning method and equipment needed for optimal results
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and explain the cleaning process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment upkeep and proper storage after each job
- Drive company vehicle to different locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
- Complete detailed service reports documenting work performed and any additional recommendations
Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving company vehicles preferred
- Strong command of English for effective communication with clients and team members
- Previous experience in cleaning services or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not required—training will be provided!
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and engage positively with clients
- Ability to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment or furniture, and work in various indoor or outdoor environments for extended periods
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
