We’re looking for an organised and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing fresh produce and food orders for daily deliveries
- Organising stock and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
- Working across ambient, chilled, and frozen storage areas
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely
- Carrying out stock checks and supporting goods-in processes
- Supporting the wider operations team to ensure smooth daily running
When you'll be doing it
- As we are a 24hour, 7day a week operation we have multiple shift options
- Full time Shifts include (4am-12noon, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am), others available
- Part time Shifts include (4am - 8am, 5pm-10pm), others available
- Hour rate from £13.50 dependant on shift
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in warehouse and logistics operations, ideally within fresh food or FMCG
- Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
- Experience working within ambient, chilled, and frozen operations is desirable
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and operational discipline
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Highly Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be a real advantage:
- Forklift truck (Counter Balance) operation
- Greengrocer
- Butcher
- Chef
- Hospitality or food service roles
