Main Duties
Care Assistants / Support Workers
- Deliver high-quality person-centred care.
- Assist with personal care, washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
- Support individuals with daily living activities and community access.
- Promote independence, dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Follow care plans and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns promptly.
- Adhere to safeguarding, infection control and company policies.
Senior Support Workers
- Carry out all Support Worker responsibilities.
- Lead shifts and supervise care staff.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Complete incident reports and care documentation.
- Support new staff through mentoring and supervision.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, families and external agencies.
- Ensure high standards of care are maintained at all times.
