Key Responsibilities
- Lead business service operations and daily departmental activities
- Develop strategies to improve service quality, workflow, and operational efficiency
- Oversee client support, internal coordination, reporting, and service standards
- Manage team performance, staff development, and operational priorities
- Monitor budgets, service metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare senior-level reports and support business planning decisions
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in business services, operations management, client services, corporate support, or service delivery leadership
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working in a UK-based professional services environment is an advantage

Pay: £66,000.00-£86,000.00 per year
