We are looking for exceptional front of house staff to join our family!
The Role of a Front of House is simple… to create unforgettable customer experiences for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing the customer meal experience.

Responsible for greeting and seating customers, taking orders and delivering food and drinks.

Responsible for keeping up to date and communicating food and drink menus with customers.
-
Responsible for communicating any service or customer issues immediately to the restaurant manager and resolving the issue(s).
-
Responsible for ensuring customer feedback is received during service.
-
Comply with daily and weekly checklists are completed.
-
Ensure restaurant and bar areas are maintained in a clean and clutter free state.
-
Ensure any customer food allergies or requests are actioned.
-
Communicate service and booking information to the kitchen.
-
Communicate customer feedback to the kitchen.
-
Demonstrate knowledge of and be compliant with all current company and legislative requirements, including HSE/Fire Safety, licensing, COSHH.

Undertake any relevant training.
