We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to create memorable experiences for our guests. This vibrant role involves delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Engage with your customers to ensure the best standard of service. An introduction on arrival, ensure they have the best experience
- Take accurate orders for food and beverages, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled efficiently
- Working independently as well as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
- Processing payments
We are looking for a front of house team that thrive to deliver the best service.
The following experience is preferred but not essential
- Wine knowledge
- Hospitality experience
The main thing we are looking for is passion in the industry and the want to ensure our guests have a great time!!

Front of House Supervisor Job Description
- Booking system management
- Wine knowledge (L2 Wine Qualification)
- Duty management
- Be a people person - engage with customers, give wine recommendations and just be a friendly face to all guests that come in
