- Location: Everyman Driving Experiences Ltd, Donington Park Circuit
- Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time) | Availability of 2 Saturday per month.
- Competitive Salary dependent on experience + Saturday Pay or Time Off in Lieu
- Please note it is essential you hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle!

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be the first point of contact for our amazing customers—helping them with everything from bookings to queries and complaints. No two days are the same, but every day is an opportunity to make someone’s experience truly exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages with energy, empathy, and professionalism
- Provide expert support on products, bookings, and services
- Handle customer complaints with care, resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Support the wider team with general customer service admin tasks
- Pitch in wherever needed—whether that’s helping with new projects or supporting during peak times

- Previous experience in a customer-facing or call handling role
- Confident using CRM/helpdesk software

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible to work one Saturday per month (paid extra OR day off in lieu during the same week)
