The Role
This is a full-time position offering the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on leadership experience. Whether you’re an experienced Room Leader or a confident practitioner ready to step up, this role will help you develop your management and mentoring skills in a close-knit, friendly environment.

What We’re Looking For...
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Previous leadership or room leader experience
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguardingrequirements
- A passionate, caring approach with a commitment to high-quality childcare
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and confidentiality skills
Your Key Responsibilities...
- Inspire, motivate, and lead your team of practitioners
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support with nursery tours, parent engagement, and local marketing activities
- Mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential
