£30,000 Base Salary | £60,000 OTE | 3% Commission on Closed Deals

We're looking for ambitious, driven graduates and early-career professionals to join our sales team as a
Trainee Account Executive. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals, build relationships with senior stakeholders across the healthcare sector, and develop into a successful Account Executive within 12-18 months.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage potential clients across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors
- Build relationships with decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and book meetings for the commercial team
- Work closely with senior sales colleagues on target accounts and campaigns
- Develop market knowledge and commercial understanding of the healthcare industry
- Manage activity accurately within the CRM and maintain a strong pipeline
What We're Looking For You don't need previous sales experience. We're looking for people who are:

An interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or business is advantageous, but not essential.
