Full-Time & Part-Time | £13.00–£14.00 per hour | Opening Team
We're opening something special on one of Belgravia's most iconic streets - a beautifully designed, matcha café built around premium ceremonial matcha, quiet luxury and genuinely great hospitality. We're now looking for baristas to join us as members of the opening team.
This isn't just another café job. You'll help shape the standard, the culture and the guest experience from day one and grow with us as the brand grows.
What You'll Do
- Prepare matcha and specialty drinks to an exacting, consistent standard
- Assist with preparing our chilled and light-plate food items
- Deliver warm, attentive, detail-led service to every guest
- Help keep the café beautifully presented
- Bring energy and ideas as we build a brand from the ground up
What We're Looking For
- A positive, high-energy personality and a genuine love of hospitality
- Pride in doing things properly - quality, detail and consistency matter here
- A proactive, hardworking team player who takes ownership
- Previous café or barista experience is a strong plus, but not essential - full training provided
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
